Civil Services Combined Competitive Test 2016 Admit Cards are now available on
the website empsconline.gov.in. Aspirants can download their hall ticket from
the MPSC website or else by using the following direct link. MPSC is aspiring
to conduct the Pre Civil Services Exam on 28th Feb 2016. This test is conducted
to recruit the candidates for 82 vacant positions in various departments under
Manipur PSC. Aspirants who applied against the vacancies are instructed to
download their Manipur PSC Civil Services Exam Admit Card 2016. Applicants have
to use their full name and Date of Birth to download the admit card
